Committees
Each owner of real property within Wawaset Park is, by virtue of such ownership, a member of the Wawaset Maintenance Corporation (WMC). Joint owners of real property shall be regarded as a single member for all purposes.
The property and business of the Corporation shall be managed by a Board of Trustees. For purposes of constituting the Board, Wawaset Park shall be divided into 12 districts, each containing, so far as practicable, a similar number of residences. The Board may elect each year up to 10 members of the Corporation to serve as Trustees-At-Large for a term of one year. Officers of the Board are elected each year following each annual meeting of the members.
